Gameplay:
DarkLight Arenas feature interactive targets known as GEMs (Game Enhancement Modules) these can be set to Team Bases, Replenishers, Domination points or can be set to other objective related tasks. DarkLight games can be more like a live-action adventure game rather than just tagging the opposition.
Aim for the coloured Blobs on your opponents' pack. If a player's Blobs are flashing, they cannot be tagged.
When a player tags an opponent, they gain 1 Credit. Credits are the arena currency and are spent on the GEMs to buy powers-ups and powers for your pack.
Powers:
Repid-fire - Fire an automatic stream of 20 shots with 1 trigger press.
Megapower - Do double damage on opponents tagged.
Invisibility - Turns off lights and sound from the pack - stealth mode!
Dark Thief - Steal Ammo and Credits from players tagged.
Invulnerability - No-one can tag you for a short amount of time.
Rules:
No running
No climbing on the obstacles
No covering the pack sensors
No physical contact
After the game:
Return to the vesting room and place you pack back on the numbered rack.
The Marshall will fetch the Scoresheets and hand them out to each player.
